F — The FPEA is an inclusive organization; our mission is to help all parents find the best solutions for home-educating their children. Therefore, we have a wide variety of lecture topics. We try to determine if a lecture is mostly homeschool content–based or if it has faith-based encouragement. If there is no symbol, a lecturer may still use some faith-based references but those references should welcome not overshadow the principles, approaches and wisdom imparted by the speaker.

T  – Our conference is mostly geared to prepare adults to teach. However, teenagers might especially enjoy certain lectures.

V – In a vendor workshop, exhibitors have the opportunity to explain product use or teaching concepts.

If a vendor-workshop description interests you, we suggest you visit that exhibitor’s booth to review their products before attending the workshop. Vendor workshops may have faith- based encouragement and may also appeal to teens.
