For as long as any FPEA member can remember, the Almanac served a valuable purpose in equipping and encouraging homeschoolers across the Sunshine State. Through the newsletter, members received timely information about a host of relevant subjects. In recent months, though, we in the FPEA have been re-evaluating every aspect of the organization to make sure we're serving our members with maximum effectiveness and to lay a foundation for future growth. Our publications are certainly part of that rigorous self-evaluation.
With that in mind, we've revamped the Almanac newsletter into a full color magazine format through Connect. In our evaluation process, we've identified the need to help our members sense a stronger connection to the FPEA and the benefits of membership, thus the new name. We've also adopted a bolder look so as to be more attractive to potential new members.
