Submission Guidelines and Application - for groups to submit memberships,
at a discounted rate, to the FPEA Office.
Evaluation Letter
- a sample of an evaluation letter written by a certified teacher upon
completion of an annual evaluation.
Letter of Intent - a sample of a letter sent to the county school board stating intent to home-educate one's child(ren).
Termination Letter - a sample of a letter sent to the county school board stating one's termination of a home-education program in that county.
