Tara works full time as CEO for Edgyco, an edgy social media company. Married 19 years to John, they have one daughter, Oasis, age 8. The Husband family creates a learning environment while also incorporating classical methods. In addition, they use the family’s love of computer science, travel and business development to enhance the home education experience. Tara also enlists the aid of a tutor and alternative programs to help meet educational goals. Her degree in communication and education gives her confidence when teaching at a local co-op and at home. Tara believes that communication in the family, in the community and online builds bridges and creates stronger ties, and that it is essential in establishing self-confidence in a child.
