Directly following the Key West Fish Feedings, tag along with members of the Bottled Ocean aquatic management staff to Sawgrass Shack, in the Everglades atrium, to participate in Baby Alligator Grunt Feedings. Watch as the little grunts are fed, and if you’re lucky, you may even get to hold one! While at Sawgrass Shack, be sure to check out our popular non-venous Florida snake exhibit, featuring four species of snakes securely displayed within swamp themed habitats. Wonder where the alligator grunts go after they’re grown? Head over to Gator Springs, a specially themed habitat in the St. Augustine atrium, home to 15 juvenile gators and 30 native turtle species! Led by members of the Gatorland® curatorial staff, interactive and informative Gator Feedings at Gator Springs take place Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings at 6:30p.m.
